📌 Customs validation in non-digitalized EU countries
If you are leaving from an EU country other than Spain, customs clearance is done with a physical ink stamp instead of a digital process.
⚠️ Important: You must print your DER (Tax Free invoice)
In case you are leaving EU through a different country than Spain you must print you invoice to be able to validated in other EU country customs.
📸 What you need to do:
Take a clear picture of your stamped invoice and send it to us through:

If we do not receive a picture of your stamped invoice, it will be treated as no approval, and the VAT will be charged.

✈️ For international travelers leaving the EU:
You must get customs approval at your last airport within the EU before departing for a non-EU country.
⚠️ If you have a tight transfer:
You can try to get customs clearance at the first EU airport you land in. However, this is not guaranteed, so plan accordingly.
