✈️ For international travelers leaving the EU:

You must get customs approval at your last airport within the EU before departing for a non-EU country.

⚠️ If you have a tight transfer:

You can try to get customs clearance at the first EU airport you land in. However, this is not guaranteed, so plan accordingly.

📌 Example: Traveling to Switzerland

If Switzerland is your final stop in Europe, make sure to visit the last EU customs office before crossing the border.

  • By train: Step off at the last station in the EU before entering Switzerland and get your invoice stamped at the customs office inside the station.

  • By plane: Get your stamp at the last EU airport before flying to Switzerland.

How to submit your stamped invoice

📌 Customs validation in non-digitalized EU countries

If you are leaving from an EU country other than Italy, customs clearance is done with a physical ink stamp instead of a digital process.

📸 What you need to do:

Take a clear picture of your stamped invoice and send it to us through:

Email: [email protected]

⚠️ Important:

If we do not receive a picture of your stamped invoice, it will be treated as no approval, and the VAT will be charged.

🚀 No need to mail the invoice!

STAMP is a fully digital system—just send us the photo!
