EU countries other than Italy or Austria do not yet have digitalized customs systems. You will get an ink stamp as validation by the customs officers. Please take a picture of the stamped invoice and send it to us via our website, APP, facebook or email at [email protected] as a proof of the customs approval. 

No picture proof is considered the same as no approval, and will result in VAT charge.
